it's the hap-happiest time of the year

Selina Kyle: A kiss under the mistletoe... You know, mistletoe can be deadly if you eat it.

Bruce Wayne: But a kiss can be even deadlier... if you mean it.

Batman Returns (1992)

no soy fan de estas pelis, me gustan, pero no soy fan.
sin embargo, me parece que este diálogo está muy nice :)

"Water can also be good for the heart..."

"It's good to have had a friend, even if you're going to die. Myself, I'm very glad to have had a fox for a friend"

long ago and, oh, so far away..

sometimes.. i still meet you in the depth of my memories and we dance that lovely music playing in our heads for hours.. in complete silence.

that fake sky knew everything.. it was mocking us...

well, I'd be rich beyond my dreams..

Title: I'm No Angel
Artist: Dido
Album: No Angel (1999)

If you gave me just a coin
for every time we say goodbye ...
Well, I'd be rich beyond my dreams
I'm sorry for my weary life

I know I'm not perfect
but I can smile
And I hope that you see this heart
behind my tired eyes

If you tell me that I can't
I will, I will, I'll try all night
And if I say I'm coming home
I'll probably be out all night

I know I can be afraid
but I'm alive
And I hope that you trust this heart
behind my tired eyes
Cause

I'm no angel, but please don't think that I won't try and try
I'm no angel, but does that mean that I can't live my life?
I'm no angel, but please don't think that I can't cry
I'm no angel, but does that mean that I won't fly?

I know I'm not around each night
And I know I always think I'm right
And I can believe that you might look around
Cause

I'm no angel, but please don't think that I won't try and try
I'm no angel, but does that mean that I can't live my life?
I'm no angel, but please don't think that I can't cry
I'm no angel, but does that mean that I won't fly?

and then i go and spoil it all by saying something stupid like...

The art of losing isn't hard to master;
so many things seem filled with the intent
to be lost that their loss is no disaster.

Lose something every day. Accept the fluster
of lost door keys, the hour badly spent.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.

Then practice losing farther, losing faster:
places, and names, and where it was you meant
to travel. None of these will bring disaster.

I lost my mother's watch. And look! my last, or
next-to-last, of three loved houses went.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.

I lost two cities, lovely ones. And, vaster,
some realms I owned, two rivers, a continent.
I miss them, but it wasn't a disaster.

---Even losing you (the joking voice, a gesture
I love) I shan't have lied. It's evident
the art of losing's not too hard to master
though it may look like (Write it!) like disaster.
